We share a building with Animas Surgical Hospital, giving our physicians and our patients plenty of opportunities to interact with the medical community. Animas Surgical Hospital was named Colorado’s #1 hospital by medicacare.gov, and with a low patient-to-nurse ratio and near-zero rate of infection, it’s not hard to see why. This physician-owned facility is where our ophthalmologists perform surgery, including technologically advanced procedures, cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, retina surgery, and ophthalmic plastic surgery.

Four Corners Eye Clinic is relatively unique among medical practices thanks to the collaboration between our physicians. Our physicians regularly collaborate with one another, drawing from each doctor’s own specialized background and skillset to offer a truly comprehensive patient experience. In addition to general eye care services, our physicians each have their own specialties and areas of clinical interest:
- Board-certified ophthalmologist Dr. Eric Meyer offers cataract surgery as well as ophthalmic plastic surgery.
- Board-certified ophthalmologist Dr. Joshua Zastrocky is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist—the only one in the Four Corners region. He also specializes in cataract surgery.
- Board-certified ophthalmologist Dr. John Brach specializes in cataract surgery.
- Board-certified ophthalmologist Dr. Linda Rose is a fellowship-trained corneal specialist.
